AI Explore Workshop: Learn AI Together, Use it Tomorrow

The Real Challenge: We’re Not Doing Enough

AI knowledge is everywhere,  but actual practice? Not so much.  According to Gallup (2024),  70% of employees never use AI.  Only 10% use it weekly.  Confidence is dropping , not because people don’t care but because they haven’t had a chance to try.

This AI Explore workshop is a fun, fast-paced, hands on half-day workshop that shows your team how to think with, build with, and collaborate using AI.

Why People First not Systems

In Ireland, 48% of people have tried GenAI, but only 10% use it daily and 28% use it weekly. Most teams haven't had a chance to practice together, so confidence and impact stall. (Deloitte Ireland, 2025)

We see it constantly: brilliant teams handed "AI strategies" they never helped build. Top-down "AI programs" fail when people don't get to try things.

Grassroots works: give mixed teams space to experiment, compare notes, and build shared language.

Spin up steering groups without training your people? You'll get avoidance, not adoption.

Why Phycology Matter More than Prompts

Technical skills are teachable in an afternoon. But fear? Fear of breaking something, looking incompetent, or being replaced? That takes psychological safety to dissolve. Without it, your smartest people stay silent, your best ideas never surface, and your AI initiative becomes another PowerPoint that never left the boardroom.

AI Literacy Obligations are coming

The EU AI Act is already in force, and from February 2025 it introduced new obligations around AI literacy. By August 2026, regulators will begin active enforcement, with organisations expected to show staff have been trained on the capabilities, limits and risks of AI in line with their roles.

Our workshops gives your teams the practical skills and awareness they need now, while providing documented participation that helps demonstrate compliance when enforcement begins.
